Hi guys, here you will find the first six weeks of pre season training. Each session will be continuously updated. There will also be videos added from Matt, Tom or other coaches with brief session descriptions and goals. A new block of training will be added either monthly or by training intention as we progress through the season. The first month of pre season will heavily emphasise: -getting good ball in hand rugby time -building a foundation of fitness - Developing a defence that puts attack under extreme pressure - introduce our open play 1-3-3-1 attacking structure (see attacking fundamentals document) Remember to look at the resource library too.
